Deploying and Mounting the Shared File System

Before installing the Graph Studio Server software, Altair recommends that you create the NFS for shared file storage (if it is not yet created). Then mount the NFS in the same location on the Graph Studio host server and each of the Graph Lakehouse, Distributed Unstructured, and Elasticsearch servers in the platform. During the installation of the Graph Studio Server, you are prompted to configure the location of the shared data directory. This directory is automatically added as the default file store in Graph Studio and is ready to use without further configuration.
