- Fluid Part
  Use the Fluid Part tools to designate or create the fluid parts in your model geometry.
- Nozzle
  Use the Nozzle icon to define a path or stationary set of injection points for the nozzle to release the foaming material into the mold.
  - Add/Edit Nozzles
    Add or edit a nozzle system that includes travel paths or stationary points for releasing the material into the mold, nozzle size, injection direction, mass flow rate, and material-flow start and end times.
  - Import Nozzles
    Import nozzle data from an existing .csv or .txt file.
  - Designate Prefill Parts
    Designate a model part as pre-dispensed adhesive. Define the part's material type and initial temperature.
- Materials
  Review, create, import, export, modify and assign materials through the Materials dialog.
- Tooling
  Use the tools in the Tooling sub-ribbon to designate housing components, designate inserts, and create vents.
- Moving Parts
  Designate housing parts on the model as moving parts.
PolyFoam Analysis
Run an analysis to minimize defects and prevent manufacturing problems for a foam part design.

Designate Prefill Parts

Designate a model part as pre-dispensed adhesive. Define the part's material type and initial temperature.

In the Dispensing ribbon, on the Prefill icon, click the Prefill satellite icon.
Select a part in the model that you want to define as a prefilled part.
Use the microdialog to define the part's material, and initial temperature.
Optional: Select additional parts to be prefilled parts.
Right-click and mouse through the check mark to exit, or double-right-click.
