View License Usage

View the license usage details at the suite level, feature level, and user level.

The license usage is displayed by feature. It displays the number of licenses used at the check out date and time, license ID and the remaining days for the license.

Click on the top-left corner.
Click Managed Licenses from the Manage Account.
The Dashboard page is displayed.
Click View License Usage from the suite that you have access to.

The Current License Usage is displayed.

Select the suite level from the License menu on the Filter pane.
In this example, the AU Enterprise Suite is selected.

The license usage for all the applications under the selected license is displayed.

The license usage is displayed for each feature. The number of licenses, Checkout time, Expiry time, Share String, host name and other details are displayed.

Choose one of the following to filters on the left.
- Features, displays the list of all the features belonging to a license. Select the required list of features to view the license usage.
- Enter any keyword in the search field to view matching license usage list.
- Only my usage, displays the license usage for the logged in user.
- Only used licenses, displays the features and total number of licenses used along with the checkout time and date.
- Collapse on share string, displays combined leveled checkouts into a single checkout.
For each feature in the license, the total number of licenses used, license expire date, and the version information are displayed.

Note: Click expand at the bottom of the left pane to view filter options.
Optional: Click the Refresh link to view the latest license usage list.
