Flux Skew
Flux Skew is a module dedicated to the analysis of rotating electric machines with skewing, allowing a straightforward geometric and physical description in 2D and the consideration of continuous or step skewing effects.
Flux PEEC
Flux PEEC is a 3D modeling module dedicated to electrical interconnections of power electronics devices. It also provides RLC extraction and generation of SPICE-like equivalent circuits.
Material Identification
The Material Identification tool is based on the Altair Compose environment and allows determining from measurements the parameters and coefficients required to create a material in Flux.
Altair Material Datacenter (AMDC)
AMDC is a comprehensive material database maintained by Altair and partner suppliers of engineering materials. Ready-to-use, Flux-compatible models may be obtained directly from this database for a growing number of materials.

Arrows : compute and display

Compute and display arrows

To compute and display arrows, follow the next procedure:


Step	Action
1	In the menu Graphic point on Arrows and click on New
2	In the box New arrows choose a support choose the desired options ( Complements tab ) choose a spatial quantity (formula) validate with OK
→	The spatial quantity is computed and displayed as arrows on the support selected in the graphic window

Compute and display arrows on boundaries

To compute and display arrows on a boundary, follow the instructions


Step	Action
1	In the menu Graphic point on Arrows and click on the menu Arrows boundary and New
2	In the dialog box New Arrows on boundary choose a support choose desired options in the Complements tab choose a spatial quantity (formula) validate with OK
→	The arrows are computed on the boundary of the support selected in the graphic windows

Compute and display arrows on path

To compute and display arrows on a path, follow the instructions


Step	Action
1	In the menu Graphic point on Arrows and click on the menu Arrows path and New
2	In the dialog box New Arrows path choose a path choose a spatial quantity (formula) validate with OK
→	The arrows are computed on the path selected in the graphic windows
