AMDC Private Database
An administrator is provided access to the AMDC Dashboard to access specfic administrative related tasks to maintain up to date information in the Altair Material Database.
Data Edit
Administrators can preview, edit, add, delete, copy, and clone single-data, multi-data, plot data, numerical model values, and features of a material.
Version Control
Material data is managed with version control system. Every update to a material and rollback to a previous version is recorded with a new version in the database.

    Import material data using file formats such as Excel Sheet and Radioss Law 36 CAE cards.

Version Control

Material data is managed with version control system. Every update to a material and rollback to a previous version is recorded with a new version in the database.

On the Administrator Dashboard, open Data Edit.
To view material data, select material.
Select Version Control in the left pane.
The version history is displayed.
To review the changes, select a version in the History table to view its Change logs.

Download change logs to a text file and an Excel file .
Click > Preview Restore to preview the updates of a material.

A comparison of the material details of the selected version with the latest version of the material is displayed.
Click > Restore if you wish to restore the material data to the selected version.
The restored version is now recorded with a new version.

Note: To compare two versions of material data select them and click Preview.
