MONPNT3 Definition Updates: The MONPNT3 definition has been updated with multiple XFLAG options.

Resolved Issues

The Alpha field can now be blank by default for RBE2 and RBE3 elements.
The MONPNT3 bulk card is no longer listed in the ungrouped folder in the Model Browser.
The LABEL field is no longer missing for the MONPNT3 bulk card.
